1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Print Destination website located at printdestination.com.au and all associated services ("Services"), operated by Print Destination ("we", "us", "our"), based in Ellenbrook, Western Australia.

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material or spam.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, server, or database.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the website or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data from the website without our prior written permission.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order with Print Destination, you agree to the following:

  • Order confirmation: An order is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from us.
  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice prior to order confirmation.
  • Payment: We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before production begins.
  • Production timelines: Estimated turnaround times begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events or factors outside our control.
  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

4. Artwork & File Requirements

You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork that meets our file specifications. By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the legal right to use all images, text, logos, and other content in your files.
  • Your artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Files are supplied at the correct resolution (minimum 300 dpi for print), with correct bleed and safe zones as specified in our guidelines.

Print Destination is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including spelling mistakes, low resolution, incorrect colours, or missing fonts. We print exactly what is provided. Proofing is the customer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to decline artwork that contains illegal, offensive, or defamatory content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Print Destination website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Print Destination and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any website content without our express written permission. You retain ownership of any artwork you supply to us; however, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to reproduce that artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

6. Prohibited Content

Print Destination will not produce printed materials that contain:

  • Illegal content, including material that violates Australian law.
  • Content that is hateful, discriminatory, or incites violence based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
  • Content that infringes third-party trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Print Destination's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our website content or services, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Indemnification

For the avoidance of doubt, the customer agrees that any claims, demands, or actions brought by the customer or any third party arising from or in connection with services provided by Print Destination, including but not limited to the content supplied for printing, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Print Destination against any such claims.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
